A reservation is considered confirmed only after:

* written confirmation from the facility;

* receipt of the requested balance.

The property reserves the right to refuse a reservation in the event of unavailability or for other operational reasons.

4. Minimum stay

The minimum stay at the property is 3 consecutive nights for rooms and 1 week for the entire villa, unless otherwise specified for particular offers or times of the year.

5. Prices and Payments

The prices listed on the website are in euros and include VAT where applicable.

Any tourist taxes required by local law will be charged separately, unless otherwise indicated.

The accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process.

The property may require a security deposit for stays in the villa or in certain accommodations.

6. Payment Methods

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. You can choose from two payment methods:

• Stripe (Credit Card): Payment is processed instantly and securely on the website. We do not view or store your card information; it is handled directly and securely by Stripe.
• Bank Transfer: You will receive our bank account information via email. You must send us proof of payment within 3 business days; after that time, your reservation will be canceled.

The remaining balance for your stay will be paid directly at the agriturismo upon arrival or departure.

7. Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking:

* Free cancellation up to 20 days before arrival;

* If you cancel between 19 and 10 days before arrival, the deposit you paid will not be refunded;

* In the event of a cancellation within 9 days of arrival, a no-show, or an early departure, you may be required to pay for the entire booked stay.

Any refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used, whenever possible.

8. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in

From 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed.

Checkout

By 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Guests are required to present a valid form of identification in accordance with current regulations.

9. Number of guests

Only the people listed on the reservation may stay here.

You may not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed for each accommodation unit without prior authorization from the property.

10. Facility Rules

Guests agree to:

* Respect the facilities, furnishings, and equipment;

* behave respectfully toward other guests and staff;

* comply with any internal rules and regulations provided upon arrival;

* Observe quiet hours;

* Do not smoke indoors;

* Do not use agricultural tools or equipment;

* Do not enter restricted areas without authorization.

It is prohibited to organize events, parties, or activities that may cause a disturbance without prior authorization.

To preserve the balance of the estate and the wildlife that inhabits it, we cannot accommodate pets.

The Facility shall not be liable for any failure to provide the reserved services due to events of force majeure, including, but not limited to:

* natural disasters;

* fires;

* epidemics or pandemics;

* measures taken by the authorities;

* service interruptions beyond the facility’s control.

Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
