The Estate
The estate covers approximately three hectares, home to a Sangiovese vineyard, an olive grove, and one of the most significant plantings of heirloom fig trees—with over two hundred trees representing thirty different varieties—all located withina Natura 2000 protected area.
Every decision is rooted in respect for the rhythms of nature. We cultivate the land with care, following the cycle of the seasons and allowing each product to express the character of the vintage and the identity of the terroir.
In the center of the property is the heated infinity pool, built with local travertine, which is pleasant to enjoy even during the shoulder seasons.
The view stretches out across the vineyard,the olive grove, the fig orchard, and the silhouette of Mount Amiata. The forest that runs alongside the estate, the silence, and the fresh air invite you to take a deep breath.
The same care we devote to farming extends to every aspect of our hospitality, because for us, farming and hospitality are part of the same story. This philosophy shapes the way we welcome our guests.
Living Sangiolele
Sangiolele is a home to live in.
Every space is designed to be enjoyed naturally, without formality. The kitchen, which opens onto the dining area and features a wood-fired oven, invites you to spend time together around the table.
The living room, with its large stone fireplace, becomes the perfect place to read, chat, or enjoy a glass of wine.
The large openings constantly create a dialogue between the interiors and the landscape. Light enters the house differently at every moment of the day, transforming the spaces and accompanying the natural rhythm of life on the estate.
Every detail is the result of a deliberate choice. Authentic materials, furnishings, and objects crafted by master artisans blend together discreetly, allowing the home itself to tell its own story.
We wash, sterilize, and iron the linens ourselves. When the weather permits, we let them dry in the sun and breeze of the Val d’Orcia—a time-consuming process that imparts the authentic scent of the countryside.
Outdoor spaces
The day changes with the light, and so do the places on the estate.
The pergola, the table under the trees, the infinity pool, the outdoor seating areas, and the fire pit become, at different times of the day, natural settings to enjoy at a leisurely pace.
In Sangiolele, no place is better than any other. There’s just the right one for every moment.

Each room is unique, but they all share the same philosophy: light, silence, natural materials, and a constant connection with the landscape. These are spaces designed to be enjoyed effortlessly, where every detail enhances the pleasure of feeling at home.
Suite Fiore Giallo
Located on the ground floor, Fiore Giallo is a bright and spacious suite that opens directly onto the garden, just a few steps from the pool. The seamless transition between indoors and outdoors invites you to enjoy the fresh air. The interior, characterized by warm tones, natural materials, and minimalist furnishings, creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom reflects the balance of the entire suite, with spaces designed for daily well-being.
Aria
Located on the first floor, Aria is a bright room bathed in natural light. The high exposed beams and open views of the landscape and the pool lend the space a sense of openness and harmony, drawing the eye outward.
The interiors, decorated in soft tones and natural materials, are centered around an elegant linen-upholstered bed, the focal point of the room and designed to offer maximum comfort.
Ample space is dedicated to the wardrobe, made of reclaimed oak and a mirror.
The bathroom, lit by a window overlooking the garden, features elegant brass accents that add warmth and character to this space dedicated to wellness.
Ballerina nel Bosco
Located on the mezzanine level of the country house, “Ballerina nel Bosco” is a cozy and quiet room, featuring very high ceilings with exposed beams that amplify the light and the sense of space. A tall, slender window frames the sky, while the other overlooks the woods, offering a pleasant sense of freshness and a constant connection with nature.
The simple yet inviting interior invites guests to relax in an intimate and laid-back atmosphere. The room is named after *Ballerina*, the artwork by Rita Pedullà that adorns the space and inspires its delicate and harmonious atmosphere.
The small, cozy, and well-appointed bathroom completes a space designed for everyday comfort.
