Produced with grapes from a 7-60 year old vineyard, this wine, with a brilliant ruby ​​red colour, undergoes a slow maturation in barriques for 12 months which gives it a refined personality, offering an enveloping bouquet of flowers and ripe red fruit with hints of spicy notes. The silky tannins underline the elegance of this extraordinary wine. Time is the architect of its remarkable particularity and complexity.

It goes nicely with traditional Tuscan dishes: cured meats and medium and long-aged cheeses, pappardelle with meat sauce, risottos, red meat and game. Also try it with recipes based on mushrooms and truffles
