Natural wine

Our wine is the fruit of grapes grown exclusively in our vineyard. We have chosen to bottle only what comes from our work, as this is the only way we can ensure that all the activities carried out in the vineyard meet our high standards of quality and integrity.

In the cellar there are no secrets, we exclude any action that would lead to artificial variations in the taste-olfactory profile, even in compliance with regulations. We bottle in the favorable moon period, without filtering or clarification. The presence of sediment allows the wine to prolong its life in the bottle.

Isotta Sveva and Aida are produced with Sangiovese grapes purity. We want them to express the personality of our soil, which we tell the true story of every single vintage, always different and for this unique and unrepeatable.
